Coconut/Orange Blossom Water and Nutella bites
(for these you will need a silicon form: mini turban and mini cake or any other similar mini forms)
FOR THE COCONUT BITES
dry ingredients:
- 50 g grated coconut
- 80 g sugar (powdered or fine)
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp soda bicarbonate (not to be missed otherwise the texture will not be the best)
fluid ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 125 g butter
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbs orange flower water
- 2 tbs lemon juice
mix first the dry ingredients and then add the fluid ones
bake for 15-20 min depending on your over on 220 degrees
FOR THE NUTELLA BITES
- 25 cl milk
- 25 g butter
- 125 g Nutella
- 50 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- warm up the milk together with butter and Nutella and let it cool
- mix the flour, sugar and eggs and at last the Nutella mixture
- cool it and let it rest in the fridge for about 24 hours or overnight
- bake them in the silicon form on 220 degrees for about 25-30 minute, depending on your oven
- you can decorate it with a bit of Nutella on top
